• •Performance Data: Baseball-specific data collected during sessions, such as exit velocity, spin rate, launch angle, pitch movement, etc., via tools like TrackMan.
• •Video & Media: Videos captured during training or assessments, including metric overlays.
• •Device & Usage Data: When you use our app, we may collect device identifiers, usage behavior, and crash data to improve performance.

• •To deliver personalized player development insights via our mobile/web app.
• •To track progress over time and generate comparative reports.
• •To provide access to coaches, trainers, and recruiters (only with player consent).
• •To optionally share highlights or data visuals on social media (with opt-in consent).
• •For internal research, product development, and training optimization.

We may request permission to share your performance metrics, videos, or graphics on our official social media platforms, website, or marketing materials. This is optional and requires your consent at the time of sharing.

Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud databases. Access is limited to authorized staff and coaches. We implement safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

We do not sell your personal or performance data. We may share your data:

• •With recruiting partners, but only with your explicit consent.
• •With trusted service providers (e.g., Firebase, TrackMan, Sentry, OpenAI, cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality and security requirements. See Section 9 for details on AI data processing.

• •You have the right to access, edit, or delete your data at any time.
• •You may request a copy of your performance history.
• •Parents or guardians of minors may exercise these rights on behalf of their child.

By participating in a Baseball Lab session, you acknowledge and consent to:

• •The capture of your performance data via tools like TrackMan.
• •The use of such data within our app and internal systems.
• •Optional inclusion in anonymized analytics or benchmarking reports.

For users under 13, accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors without parental involvement.

The Baseball Lab uses OpenAI (openai.com) to power AI features in the app. When you use these features, certain data is transmitted to OpenAI for processing:

• •AI Chat: Your name, age, school, session metrics, coach notes, and chat history are sent to generate personalized training insights.
• •Session Report Analysis: Your name, age, school, and pitch or swing performance data from each session are sent to generate AI-powered session summaries.
• •Audio Transcription: Voice recordings from coaching notes are sent to convert speech to text.
• •Data Extraction: Documents or screenshots you upload are sent to extract performance metrics.

OpenAI processes this data as a service provider under data use agreements and does not use it to train their models. All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. You will be asked for consent before any data is sent to OpenAI, and you can decline at any time.
