By accessing or using The Baseball Lab's services, including our web and mobile applications, training sessions, and data analytics tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The Baseball Lab provides professional-grade baseball analytics, training insights, and development tools through:

• •TrackMan and other biometric data collection during training sessions
• •Digital platform access for viewing and analyzing performance metrics
• •Video analysis and game tape storage
• •Communication tools between players and coaches
• •Recruiting profile and data sharing features

• •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Parents/guardians must create and manage accounts for minors under 13

By participating in Baseball Lab training sessions:

• •You consent to the collection of performance data via TrackMan and other tools
• •You understand that data accuracy depends on proper equipment calibration and usage
• •You acknowledge that results may vary and are not guaranteed
• •You agree to follow all safety instructions and facility rules

You agree not to:

• •Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• •Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• •Upload malicious content or interfere with other users
• •Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• •The Baseball Lab retains all rights to our platform, analytics tools, and methodologies
• •You retain ownership of your personal performance data
• •You grant us a license to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• •You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without permission

• •Fees for services are due as specified at the time of booking
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy
• •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

The Baseball Lab provides services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

• •Injuries sustained during training sessions
• •Decisions made based on our data or recommendations
• •Technical issues or data loss beyond our reasonable control
• •Third-party services or equipment malfunctions

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Baseball Lab harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
